Chocolate ^_^

Wee..Olla..



Sape suke coklat angkat tangan.. hehe.. Taw da mesti macam semua orang suke coklat.. Aku pon suke tapi aku suke yang ade jelly kat dalam or kacang sikit2.. Contoh coklat yang aku suke Cadbury Black Forst, Cadbury Crunchie & Toblerone.

Cakap Pasal coklat ni teringat kisah dulu2.. Nakal sangat mase muda2 dulu.. Sebab aku bagi syarat kat encik ucuk setiap kali nak bawak aku g dating kene bawak coklat Cadbury Black Forest.. Boleh? hehe.. Tapi tu dulu2.. Sekarang takde la.. Sebab da tak mintak takdenyer la nak kasi.. : (


Ok la, daripada membebel ape yang mengarut baik kite share khasiat coklat ni.. So, boleh la kiter samer2 menikmati keenakan dan kelazatan coklat ni.. nyum..nyum.. Jom la kiter baca fakta di bawah ni sikit.. Jangan malas2 eh..

Ok la, senang citer coklat nie ader banyak giler antioksidant lebih dari blueberry kot.. Antioksidant ni adalah bahan yang boleh buang radikal bebas in your body which cause aging and disease.

Antioxidant-rich diets nie memang diakui boleh mengurangkan risiko heart attacks, stroke, cardiovascular disease, cancer, high blood pressure, cholesterol problems, arthritis, asthma, Alzheimer's dan banyak lagi la. So it stands to reason that if chocolate is chock full of antioxidants, it's actually good for you. Kan? Kan?
